PANDION AG, an established project developer with a focus on high-quality residential and commercial projects in German A-locations, has successfully completed the strategic financing with Värde Partners and at the same time implemented the legally effective extension of its corporate bond. The company has thus completed key building blocks for the restructuring of its corporate financing.
Värde Partners, a global investment company with a focus on credit and credit-related investments, is providing PANDION AG with a financing volume of EUR 100 million. The financing will be provided in a portfolio of 13 high-quality PANDION residential projects in German A-cities, including Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart. The majority of these projects are in advanced development or construction phases.
At the same time, the extension of the corporate bond of PANDION AG has become legally effective with effect from 30 January 2026. With the entry into force of the adjusted bond terms, this process has been formally completed and a further significant step towards strengthening the company's financial capacity has been completed.
