Peper & Söhne, a project developer with a focus on logistics and light industrial real estate, has sold a fully let commercial property with office and hall space in Bremen's Hanna-Kunath-Strasse to a private investor. The property in Bremen's Airport City comprises a total lettable area of around 4,700 m² on a plot area of approx. 6,100 m². Peper & Söhne acquired the property in mid-2021 and then comprehensively modernized it. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
