Chronext GmbH has leased around 1,000 m² of office space in the "Butzweiler Stern" at Butzweilerhof-Allee 2-4 in Cologne.
Since its founding in 2013, the company has offered the first digital platform for the purchase and sale of luxury watches in Germany. In total, the "Butzweiler Stern" office complex in the northern Cologne district of Ossendorf has 24,000 m² of modern office space. The owner of the property is Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. Savills acted exclusively as an advisor and broker on the tenant side throughout the entire letting process. The owner side was advised by JLL as part of a landlord representation mandate.
