At the interface of the Berlin districts of Pankow and Prenzlauer Berg at Thulestraße 48, construction preparations are underway for the last house in the sought-after new Immergrün residential district. The Thule 48 project comprises 78 high-quality condominiums with 2 to 4 rooms and 44 to 106 m² of living space. In addition to the intensively landscaped courtyard garden and the private balconies and terraces, the communal roof garden with panoramic views over the city centre is a highlight in the best sense of the word. The high-quality interior design of the apartments includes oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating, large floor-to-ceiling windows and branded bathrooms in various equipment lines. Depending on the customer's wishes, glass partitions between the rooms offer the possibility of a loft-like, light-flooded interior design. Numerous bicycle parking spaces in the house and optional underground parking spaces in the already completed neighboring houses are also available. The project is being built to the high energy standard KfW Efficiency House 40 QNG and thus offers not only very attractive promotional loans for owner-occupiers but also sustainable rentability and significantly increased depreciation through the combination of degressive depreciation and special depreciation for investors.
A popular residential quarter finds a special conclusion
"The Immergrün district is already one of the most sought-after residential areas in the city. Our Thule 48 construction project fits perfectly into this grown ensemble. The building brings high-quality architecture and urban living in Prenzlauer Berg under one roof – with sustainable technology and a clear focus on quality of life," says Christian Berger, CEO of UBM Development Deutschland GmbH. "We are very pleased that we can now bring such a popular residential quarter to a successful conclusion with the proven partners zanderroth for the award-winning architectural design and Porr for the reliable construction work."
"The Quartier Immergrün is also an outstanding project for us. For UBM Development, we have already sold 396 apartments here individually and globally and in the first sales phase for the final section Thule 48, we can welcome not only many new customers but also repeat buyers from the first construction phases. This speaks for a high level of customer satisfaction and special project and location quality," adds Michael Elst, Chief Sales Officer of STRATEGIS AG, which is responsible for marketing.
