Savills has been commissioned by Tishman Speyer with the property management of two logistics and light industrial properties in Düsseldorf and Ratingen. The two new-build properties together have around 36,200 m² of rental space.
The property at Clarissenstraße 44–50 in Düsseldorf is a modern, newly built logistics property and comprises a total of around 22,900 m² of rental space. Of this, around 19,100 m² is logistics space, 2,720 m² mezzanine space and 1,080 m² office space. In addition, 69 car parking spaces are available. The property was officially handed over to the first tenant in mid-August 2026 and is now fully let. Savills took over property management on 15 August 2026.
The second property is located at Halskestraße 7 in Ratingen, in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf Airport, and has around 13,240 m² of logistics space. The leasing activities for the property are already at an advanced stage.
"With the two new properties, we are able to take over two modern and high-quality logistics properties in our management. We look forward to working with them and thank Tishman Speyer for the trust they have placed in us with this mandate and for further expanding our cooperation," says Andreas Flechtner, Managing Director of Savills Property Management Deutschland GmbH.
Tishman Speyer is the owner of the property companies in whose portfolio the two properties are located.
