JLL: Gundlach sells residential portfolio at the gates of Bremen

The Hanover-based housing company Gundlach has sold an apartment portfolio in Schwanewede, north of Bremen. The portfolio consists of 35 properties with a total of 287 residential units, which were completed between the late 1950s and the early 1960s. The buildings are fully let. The buyer of the portfolio is a real estate investment manager. JLL advised the buyer and seller and brokered the transaction.
