The newly completed 74-unit serviced-apartment scheme has achieved strong occupancy since operations began.
KAPPE Projektentwicklung GmbH has begun marketing the fully leased serviced apartment property "K 10" on Kaiserstraße in Braunschweig this summer.
Following the completion of the new building in March 2026, the 74 serviced apartments were handed over as scheduled to the operator Limehome, which manages the property under a long-term lease agreement. The apartments are used by both business and leisure travelers; the average length of stay is approximately three nights. The property commenced operations in May 2026. The building is complemented by two separately leased apartments.
High occupancy since operations began
The serviced apartment property recorded occupancy rates in its first months of operation. After reaching 80 percent in May, the opening month, occupancy rose to 90 percent in June and has remained above 90% since July. This trend indicates strong local demand and is in line with the average figures for the Limehome portfolio.
Sustainable asset built to high standards
The new building was constructed to the Efficiency House 40 standard and has been developed to recognized sustainability standards. The property has been awarded BREEAM Excellent certification and is designed to meet high EU Taxonomy and ESG requirements.
KAPPE developed the building as a serviced-apartment asset for long-term operation and is now marketing the fully leased property to institutional and international investors.

Limehome concept and central location
The new building, operated by Limehome – a serviced apartment brand established throughout Europe – features 74 modern one- and two-room suites ranging from 21 to 39 m². The offering is complemented by common areas, including a rooftop terrace. The fully equipped serviced apartments feature high-speed internet and, depending on the category, a loggia, terrace or rooftop terrace. The property is managed via Limehome's technology platform. All processes – from booking to check-in and check-out to billing – are organized digitally.
The "K 10" serviced apartment property is located in a downtown location. Shopping, dining, and numerous cultural institutions are all within walking distance, as are major attractions, including Dankwarderode Castle, the "Alte Waage," and St. Andreas Church. The main train station and major intercity transportation routes are also within easy reach by public transportation.
