Stollwerck-Haus in Cologne fully let following brokerage by Colliers
Lakrids by Bülow, a Danish manufacturer of gourmet liquorice, has opened a new shop in Cologne in the Stollwerck-Haus at Hohe Straße 160–168. With this new location, the company has secured retail space in one of Germany’s busiest shopping arcades. The space measures approximately 40 square metres on the ground floor. Colliers brokered the lease.
This means that all the retail space in the building has now been let. The tenants – TUMI, Build-A-Bear and, most recently, Bahlsen – were also advised by Colliers. Other existing tenants include Wempe and Tamaris.
“Its central city-centre location, high visibility and high footfall make Hohe Straße one of the most attractive retail locations in Germany. The fact that the Stollwerck-Haus is fully let underscores the sustained high demand for high-quality retail space in prime locations,” says Daniel Stallmach, Head of Retail Letting at Colliers in North Rhine-Westphalia.
