Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has completed an approx. 20,000 m² logistics and production property in Rheine on the site of a former textile company. It has 17,114 m² of storage space, 912 m² of office and social space and 1,985 m² of mezzanine space.
With a clear height of twelve metres UKB, 38 dock levellers, two ground-level gates, 40 car parking spaces and a full-surface WHG hall waterproofing in accordance with WGK3, the property meets all the requirements of modern logistics and production processes.
The building also sets standards in the area of sustainability. The hall, built according to the energy-efficient building standard BEG 40, is heated exclusively by an air source heat pump and fully illuminated with LED technology. In addition, a PV system will be built for the tenant electricity supply. A BREEAM certification with the rating “Very Good” is being sought.
