Logicor has signed a lease agreement with Orthomol in Langenfeld for approx. 9,700 m². The sustainable new construction project will be operated fossil-free and will receive DGNB Gold certification.
Logicor has completed an approx. 20,000 m² logistics and production property in Rheine. It has 17,114 m² of storage space, 912 m² of office and social space and 1,985 m² of mezzanine space.
The warehouse is located on a plot of approx. 15,000 m² and has approx. 7,200 m² of storage space as well as around 530 m² of mezzanine and 450 m² of office space.
