Colliers is strengthening its industrial and logistics business in Bavaria with the appointment of Michael Breck, who will take up the position of Head of Industrial & Logistics Bavaria on 1 January 2027. In this role, he will lead the team in Bavaria and further expand Colliers’ activities in the industrial and logistics property sector within this key economic region of southern Germany.
Breck has many years’ experience in the property sector and previously worked for more than ten years as an investment estate agent at Colliers in Munich. His expertise lay in project development and land brokerage. He subsequently gained extensive experience over many years in project development and project implementation at a Bavarian project development company.
Most recently, Breck had been working as a project developer at Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG in Munich since October 2025. In this role, he was responsible for the acquisition, development and delivery of new commercial projects, with a focus on industrial and logistics properties in southern Germany.
“With Michael, we are welcoming back to Colliers a proven expert in the Bavarian industrial and logistics market. He combines many years’ experience at Colliers with extensive expertise in project development and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. He is therefore ideally placed to further develop our industrial and logistics business in Bavaria and to provide our clients with even more comprehensive support in their strategic property decisions,” says Christian Kah, Head of Industrial & Logistics Germany at Colliers.
Felix Kugler, Regional Manager for Bavaria at Colliers, also welcomes the new addition: “Bavaria is one of Germany’s most important industrial and logistics hubs and continues to offer a wide range of opportunities despite a challenging market environment. In Michael, we have an experienced property expert on board who knows the market, its key players and our clients’ requirements inside out. We are very much looking forward to working with him and to further expanding our presence and range of services in the Bavarian industrial and logistics market together.”
With the appointment of Michael Breck, Colliers is underlining its growth ambitions in the Bavarian industrial and logistics market. Together with the experienced local team, the aim is to further strengthen Colliers’ position as a trusted partner for owners, investors, developers and occupiers, and to expand its comprehensive range of advisory services across the entire value chain of industrial and logistics property.
