The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) will host the ADIS International Roadshow 2026 from 5 to 7 October at EXPO REAL in Munich. At one of Europe's leading trade fairs for real estate, investments and infrastructure, Abu Dhabi will present its infrastructure potential worth over USD 56 billion to an international audience.
The roadshow follows a state visit by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to Germany in early September 2026. Among other things, the visit explored opportunities to deepen cooperation, especially in the areas of business and development. ADPIC will lead a high-level delegation from Abu Dhabi. The aim is to build strategic partnerships and bring together the emirate's project and infrastructure priorities with international capital, implementation expertise and innovation in urban development.
The delegation will include government representatives from the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), as well as ADIS Roadshow partners Aldar, Bloom Holding, LEAD Development, Modon and Trojan Construction. Together, the delegation will present concrete ongoing projects and development priorities that support Abu Dhabi's next phase of growth in housing, transport, culture, education and social infrastructure.
At EXPO REAL in Munich, the delegation will engage with international investors, developers, construction companies, financiers, technology companies and industry representatives. The aim is to expand access to Abu Dhabi's infrastructure projects, strengthen ties with key European markets and create new opportunities for collaboration with the private sector along the emirate's infrastructure and construction project pipeline.
His Excellency Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, said: "Abu Dhabi's next phase of growth requires partnerships that bring together capital, technical expertise and innovation with clear delivery objectives that focus on long-term value creation. Europe's strengths in advanced construction and infrastructure systems complement Abu Dhabi's ambitious goals and extensive pipeline of ongoing projects. With the ADIS International Roadshow, we are creating direct links between our government institutions and economic actors, strengthening international partnerships and exploring concrete ways in which global companies can contribute to infrastructure and communities to shape the future of the emirate."
The ADIS Roadshow will focus on expertise in the fields of advanced engineering and construction, industrial technologies, innovative building materials, modular construction, technical services and the long-term performance of assets. Technology will also be a focus. The delegation is looking for proven solutions for AI and data-based planning, digital twins, industrialized construction and intelligent infrastructure that can be used to accelerate the planning and implementation of large projects.
EXPO REAL was chosen to host the ADIS Roadshow because the trade fair brings together investors, financiers, developers, operators and decision-makers in the public sector with the new InfrastructureNow platform in the field of infrastructure.
His Excellency Eng. Maysarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Projects Infrastructure Centre, said: "EXPO REAL provides us with an important opportunity to present Abu Dhabi's infrastructure priorities directly to the international players who can contribute to their implementation. ADPIC's mission is to create a clear, coordinated framework for investment projects and to create the conditions for effective private sector participation. Through the roadshow, we aim to establish targeted contacts with investors, developers, engineering companies, technology providers and leading construction companies and to develop concrete opportunities from these discussions that will support Abu Dhabi's next phase of infrastructure development."
With a joint Abu Dhabi pavilion, high-level meetings between government and business representatives, lectures and industry discussions, the delegation will present Abu Dhabi's experience with integrated urban planning, coordinated government project implementation, the implementation of large-scale programmes and structured public-private partnership models. In addition, the exchange with international partners is to be deepened, whose expertise can contribute to further improving quality, efficiency and long-term performance in the implementation of infrastructure projects.
The ADIS Roadshow 2026 in Munich builds on the success of the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS) 2026. This brought together more than 17,500 attendees, 650 government officials and VIPs, and over 100 speakers in Abu Dhabi. In addition, previous international roadshows in Singapore, Shanghai and Turkey have led to the conclusion of several strategic agreements. With its international roadshow program, ADPIC continues ADIS beyond the annual summit, strengthening global partnerships and creating new opportunities for international organizations to participate in and contribute to Abu Dhabi's infrastructure development.
