Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate wins memox as tenant for Skyline Tower

The company memox, founded in Switzerland in 2014, will operate high-quality meeting, workshop and conference space as well as a catering area in the Skyline Tower in the future. As early as February, the concept will initially be available to the first customers on a temporary space in the building. From autumn, the company will then open the upper floors of the Skyline Tower with additional rooms and special event options. A central element of the new location is the Sky Bar on the 20th floor, which is designed as a bistro, meeting place and event space.

"It quickly became clear to us that we wanted to implement our memox concept here in Munich."

With the arrival of memox, the Skyline Tower will be further positioned as a lively, multifunctional location that sensibly complements classic office working environments and integrates new forms of use. "The concept of memox fits perfectly with the profile of the Skyline Tower. The combination of conferencing, event spaces and gastronomic offerings further enhances the building and increases the attractiveness of the entire location for tenants and users alike," says Hajo Kruppa, Senior Leasing Manager at Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate.

Currently, office space is still available in the Skyline Tower.
