The owner of the property is a Luxembourg investment company, represented by Invesco Real Estate.
Jonas Reizlein, Senior Associate Investments, Germany & Netherlands at Invesco Real Estate, says: "We are very pleased about the successful lease to Barsan Global Logistics. The combination of a high-quality building structure and a strategically favourable location in Cologne Ossendorf confirms the attractiveness of our portfolio. This lease is a strong signal for the demand for modern logistics space and underlines our positive view of the market."
Martin Kubitza, Head of Industrial & Logistics at Colliers NRW, adds: "Thanks to the high-quality building structure and the excellent location within the Cologne city area, the property offers ideal conditions for the expansion of the existing branch of Barsan Global Logistics in the south of Cologne. We therefore congratulate them on the successful rental."
The consulting and brokerage firm Colliers acted as an advisor and broker for both the owner and tenant sides during the lease. The handover of the property has already taken place.
