Flex Office provider 1000 Satellites is coming to Berlin

Gregory von Abendroth, Managing Director at 1000 Satellites GmbH: "Berlin is more than a new location for us. With the ́Satellit Chaussee ́, we are taking over the headquarters of the digital company. On the other hand, we offer other companies and teams the opportunity to take advantage of flexible offers. Having already successfully implemented the concept in Munich and Mannheim, we are now creating a central satellite office in Berlin for the first time, which is supported by the local people, the community and quality."

Linda Kontar, Senior Business Manager at 1000 Satellites and responsible for the new location, adds: "The ́Satellite Chaussee ́ is the logical next step for us. It offers space for productive cooperation and is aimed at people and companies who are looking for professional working environments that are equipped to a high standard and at the same time function in an uncomplicated manner. Our aim is to create an environment with a clear attitude; Places that are attractive, warm and close to the everyday life of the users, so that work can become more flexible, closer to home and at the same time more productive."

With around 7,000 square meters of space over six floors, 1000 Satellites in Chausseestraße offers high-quality workspace with private offices, exclusive, fully equipped office floors, coworking areas as well as professional meeting and event spaces. The concept is complemented by a spacious community hub on the ground floor as a lively place of communication that combines everyday work, exchange and community. The urban terraces and outdoor areas extend the working worlds to the outside and create places for meetings, informal conversations or concentrated individual work.

The open and flexibly usable space design creates modern working environments that meet the requirements of hybrid working models and at the same time feel pleasantly fresh, tidy and inviting. Local community managers welcome users with warmth. Different room concepts promote both collaboration and retreat options and create a professional working environment that simply functions with ergonomic equipment, modern media technology, screens and high-performance infrastructure. This creates workplaces with a high quality of stay that noticeably relieve people in their everyday lives.

Even before the opening, 1000 satellites were able to attract well-known users to the location with the fintech company and PPRO. The digital company was already a tenant in the building and will continue to be represented in the "Satellit Chaussee" in the future. The e-commerce provider PPRO was also already a tenant and will remain a user in the "Satellit Chaussee" in the future. This underlines the attractiveness of the location for established companies with a demand for high-quality and flexible working environments.

"The ́Satellit Chaussee ́ is centrally located in Berlin-Mitte, only a few minutes from the main train station and has excellent public transport connections," Kontar explains. "At the same time, the location is quietly located in the backyard of a historic building and thus combines urban accessibility with a concentrated working atmosphere. The direct proximity to the subway, restaurants and hotels makes the location particularly attractive for companies, project teams and hybrid working models."

With its entry into the Berlin market, 1000 Satellites is consistently pursuing its quality-driven growth course. The company does not see growth as a pure promise of scaling, but as the result of relevance, demand and sustainable quality. Berlin forms the starting point for further expansion in the capital region as well as nationwide wherever professional working environments, community and attitude come together.

The official opening will be celebrated on 30 September.
