On the former "Zeus site", GARBE Industrial and BREMER Projektentwicklung have completed three buildings with a total area of almost 29,500 square metres. For this purpose, the former steel industry wasteland, which covers around 56,000 square metres, was renovated and prepared for a new commercial use. BREMER was both a joint venture partner and a general contractor. The tenants are mainly from the e-commerce sector. "With the sale, we are successfully completing the development of the former industrial wasteland into a modern multi-user park. The fact that the transaction was signed within the six-week exclusivity phase shows on the one hand the great interest in the property and the potential of the location and, on the other hand, the high level of professionalism of both parties in carrying out the transaction," says Peter Bartholomäus, CIO at GARBE Industrial.
