A company specialising in vehicle preparation for a wide range of uses was looking for a commercial property for further expansion as part of its successful business development. Aengevelt Magdeburg provided the company with comprehensive support in the search as an exclusive mandate and brokered a lease agreement for a complete commercial property in the greater Magdeburg area. In total, the property comprises approx. 1,500 m² of hall/office space on a plot of approx. 5,500 m². The landlord is a renowned project developer and portfolio holder from the Rhineland.
"As part of the company's expansion, the vehicle supplier was looking for a location in Saxony-Anhalt that was well connected in terms of transport connections with sufficient hall and workshop space as well as parking and parking facilities. In accordance with the requirement criteria, the choice fell on the property that has now been rented. Important factors included the quick access to the BAB 2 and BAB 14 motorways and the spacious outdoor areas," explains André Rebmann, commercial real estate specialist at Aengevelt Magdeburg.
