The key figures of the Düsseldorf real estate market show a clear upward trend: After the real estate market already showed an increase of 21% compared to 2024 in 2025 at around EUR 4.6 billion (asset/share deals), according to analyses by the Düsseldorf Expert Committee, cash turnover in the first half of 2026 (asset deals only) rose again by 24% compared to the same period last year to around EUR 1.8 billion. For 2026, Aengevelt Research forecasts total sales (asset/share deals) of around EUR 5 billion. This means that the ten-year average (Ø EUR 5.3 billion p.a.) is also within reach again.
The figures show that Düsseldorf as a real estate location is in demand due to its great potential and offers significant opportunities for users, landlords, investors and project developers. In order to provide its customers with the best possible advice, Aengevelt is continuing to sustainably expand its real estate expertise on site with excellent expertise: With Christian Rosen and Julian Schneiders, two proven real estate experts are on board in the Investment & Development team in Düsseldorf, which has been successfully led by Oliver Lederer for many years.
Christian Rosen MRICS, a trained economic geographer, is a senior consultant who looks after all asset classes within the investment segment.
