KGAL sells Italian Spalletti solar park from ESPF 5

With the sale, KGAL is consistently continuing its active portfolio management in the ESPF 5 fund and creating new reinvestment opportunities. At the same time, the transaction confirms the buy-build-sell strategy that has been successfully implemented since 2020. The proceeds from the sale are to be reinvested in further acquisitions for the fund portfolio.
