Lutz Andreas Witt, Managing Director of IMMANO Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH, comments: "We were looking for modern, functionally designed office space in a central location. The premises in Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße brokered by Aengevelt meet these requirements in an ideal way. Together with the professional landlord and the long-term lease, we have created optimal conditions for the future development of our company."
"We are pleased to have gained another renowned company as a new tenant in IMMANO, which ideally complements the existing user mix. The long-term lease confirms the location and property qualities of our property and underlines the attractiveness of the property," says Marc Nickel, Managing Director of CONREN Land.
"We transparently presented the available space to IMMANO GmbH in accordance with its requirement profile. The company decided on the striking commercial complex in Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße. In addition to the modern, high-quality office space and the improved space efficiency, the decisive factors were the excellent transport and public transport connections and thus the good accessibility of the location," says Jonathan Walter from the Leipzig-based Aengevelt Commercial Leasing team, explaining the decision to lease.
