LIST expands its Executive Board and bundles competencies from development to operations

Today, LIST combines services ranging from project development to integral and digital planning, engineering services and consulting to implementation as a general and total contractor as well as operation and service. Under CREATE. BUILD. OPERATE. these competencies will interact even more closely. The background to this is changing requirements on the customer side: Clients increasingly expect solutions across several project phases, clear responsibilities and as few interfaces as possible. This requires a new approach and solutions that LIST can specifically incorporate into its services and offer within the group of companies.

At the same time, with Roland Sitzberger, we are anchoring the market and customer perspective even more firmly in the Management Board. It is crucial that we bring together our existing expertise in such a way that it creates tangible added value for our customers throughout the entire course of the project." 

As CCO, Sitzberger is responsible, among other things, for the Group-wide market and customer strategy, the expansion of long-term customer relationships and the further development of corporate sales. The aim is to connect the specialized LIST companies more closely with each other in market development and to develop services even more closely in line with customer needs.  

Sitzberger holds a degree in civil engineering and has been working in construction, infrastructure and real estate for more than two decades. After holding various operational positions at Pöyry, he moved to Porsche Consulting in 2013 and became a partner there in 2016. His focus areas include the strategic development of construction and real estate companies, organizational and sales structures, and the transformation of the construction industry. "Customers don't want to manage internal interfaces, but solutions for their projects. To this end, LIST already brings together a large number of competencies within one group. In the future, we want to bring this strength to bear even more consistently in our projects for our customers," says Sitzberger.  

CREATE. BUILD. OPERATE. describes the three interconnected phases: CREATE includes project development, planning, engineering services and consulting, BUILD the turnkey implementation by the construction companies and OPERATE services after completion such as facility management, after-sales and service. Customers can get involved in different phases; the decisive factor is the interaction of competencies across the individual project phases.  

For the first time, the C.B.O. logic will be more widely visible at this year's EXPO REAL in Munich. There, LIST will use it at the trade fair stand (C1.130) and in the communication of the service portfolio, among other things.
