Oreda expands its consulting expertise with Dr. Dominik Rehse as Director Strategy & Advanced Analytics
Oreda GmbH (Oreda), a boutique specialising in special real estate situations based in Frankfurt, is expanding its expertise at the interface of real estate financing, data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI). Dr. Dominik Rehse joined the company in early 2026 as Director Strategy & Advanced Analytics. He is primarily responsible for the use of generative AI to accelerate processes, strengthen quality assurance and expand the range of services in a targeted manner.
He brings his expertise to ongoing mandates in the areas of Debt Asset Management, Rescue & Recovery and Financing & Strategic Advisory and implements AI solutions where they deliver the greatest value for Oreda's clients. In the future, he will develop digital solutions along the entire life cycle of commercial real estate financing.
From positions in Corporate Development at DIC Asset AG and more than ten years at ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research, most recently as Deputy Head of the Digital Economy Research Department, Dr. Rehse brings extensive experience in the secure use of AI in sensitive fields of application as well as in the analysis of digitally driven market changes. He transfers this to the market for commercial real estate financing and investment. Dr. Rehse received his doctorate from the EBS University of Economics and Law, together with Dr. Christopher Yvo Oertel and Dr. Daniel Landgraf (both Managing Directors of Oreda).
"We are pleased to have Dominik Rehse, a long-standing acquaintance and strategic head, for us. Our mandates are often highly complex and require innovative solutions. Dominik Rehse has exactly the necessary technical-analytical depth and forward-looking thinking," explains Dr. Christopher Yvo Oertel.
"I was convinced that the use of AI at Oreda is not just enthusiasm rhetoric. We see the technology as a real competitive factor with which we can act faster, more purposefully and comprehensively for our clients," says Dr. Dominik Rehse.
