In the service KVG rating of the rating agency Scope, INTREAL has once again received an AA (SMR) rating. The rating stands for very good quality and competence in the launch and administration of real estate funds. Since the initial assessment in March 2021, Scope has thus confirmed INTREAL at AA level for the fifth time in a row.
Scope cites INTREAL's market leadership as a real estate service capital management company and its position as a highly specialised platform for fund initiators and institutional investors as key drivers. The rating agency also assesses the high-performance IT infrastructure and the ongoing digitalisation and standardisation of outsourcing controlling as positive. Other strengths include the Group's solid earning power, clearly defined processes and specialised subsidiaries.
Andreas Ertle, Managing Director of INTREAL, says: "The renewed confirmation of the AA rating shows that INTREAL is strategically and economically positioned for the future. We are combining our many years of experience in fund administration with a high-performance real asset platform and are developing our range of services in a targeted manner in line with the requirements of our clients. In this way, we are creating a reliable basis for further growth."
The high degree of automation and integration of the IT systems plays an important role in the evaluation. Scope particularly highlights the expansion of the digital partner platform INTREAL Connect and the use of AI and automation solutions. According to the rating agency, they create an important basis for high service quality and further growth, especially in the area of fund services.
Malte Priester, Managing Director of INTREAL, explains: "The rating makes it clear that technological performance and operational quality go hand in hand at INTREAL. A future-proof platform must do both: standardize processes efficiently and at the same time offer the necessary flexibility for different customer requirements. INTREAL Connect, our integration architecture and the use of AI and automation support us in establishing precisely this connection. This allows us to further develop our services in a scalable manner without losing the quality and proximity of the collaboration."
Scope also assesses INTREAL's solid profitability positively. Between 2022 and 2025, commission income increased by around 11 percent and equity by around 34 percent due to growth. The rating agency thus believes that INTREAL is well positioned to benefit from the increasing demand for efficient back-office solutions.
