SINGU, one of Europe's leading providers of AI-powered cloud software for facility maintenance, ESG and building management, is further strengthening its presence in the DACH region. Minh Chung has been supporting the company as Vice President DACH Sales since June. In his new role, he will help shape the expansion of market activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and further develop strategic customer relationships in German-speaking countries.
Minh Chung brings more than 25 years of experience in the B2B software and SaaS environment. During his career, he has held leadership positions at internationally renowned technology companies such as Microsoft, Yext and Deepki. At Microsoft, he was responsible for Dynamics CRM in the upper mid-market and in the public sector, among other things. At Yext, he was instrumental in building up the German-speaking market as Director Enterprise Sales. Most recently, as Head of Sales DACH at Deepki, he led sales for ESG SaaS solutions in the real estate industry and in particular further developed relationships with leading asset managers in the DACH region.
In his new role at SINGU, Chung will further strengthen the market presence in the DACH region, drive the further development of the local sales team and further sharpen SINGU's positioning as a central platform for digital real estate, facility and ESG management. His focus will be on the complex requirements of institutional real estate companies as well as on building long-term client relationships. He will drive scalable solutions for operational excellence, ESG management, and data-driven portfolio management.
"Minh's appointment is an important step in our continued commitment to the DACH market. He combines more than 25 years of experience in enterprise SaaS and B2B sales with a deep understanding of the German real estate and PropTech landscape. Especially at the intersection of real estate operations, ESG and digital transformation, he brings the right experience to further establish SINGU as a platform partner for asset managers and operators in the region," says Paweł Malon, Group CEO of SINGU.
"SINGU combines an internationally proven platform with a clear focus on operational excellence, ESG and digitalization. This is exactly where the real estate industry is facing great pressure to transform," says Minh Chung, VP DACH Sales at SINGU. "I look forward to further expanding SINGU's market presence in the DACH region and creating real value together with our customers."
With the reinforcement of personnel, SINGU is consistently continuing its strategic growth course. With its all-in-one platform, the company addresses key challenges of the real estate industry: fragmented operating processes, increasing requirements for data quality and reporting, growing cost pressure and the need for scalable solutions for facility management, maintenance and ESG control.
