STRATEGIS AG has successfully started marketing Pankower Hofgarten 2 in Gartenstraße in the Berlin district of Französisch Buchholz. The developer is the renowned family-owned company Strenger, headquartered in Ludwigsburg and with further branches in Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin.
The 20 new terraced houses will be built within walking distance of the centre of Französisch Buchholz and will be built in a quiet 2nd row in a mature environment with the best infrastructure and transport connections.
Three individual house types with living areas between 94 and 138 square metres and five to six rooms will be built. The combination of innovative energy concepts such as photovoltaics and air-source heat pumps as well as sustainable, innovative timber construction ensures low operating costs and a healthy living environment. The high energy standard KfW 40 QNG is not only particularly environmentally friendly, but also fundamental for low-interest promotional loans from KfW.
The Strenger Baustolz houses have modern visual and functional equipment, such as designer bathrooms, exposed wooden ceilings, underfloor heating and electric external blinds. Electric charging stations are also offered as an option for the car parking spaces. As part of the pre-sales, 10 hotels have already been reserved and reserved by existing customers since May. Construction will start this summer and completion will take place as early as spring 2027.
"Pankower Hofgarten 2 is our second project in the capital region after our extremely successful first project in Heinersdorf. In addition to an excellent price-performance ratio, our Baustolz townhouses of the latest generation offer the highest level of construction quality, environmental awareness and modern design," says Dr. Daniel Hannemann, CEO of the Strenger Group. "The project in Gartenstraße fits well with Strenger's philosophy: an affordable product in a family-friendly location close to the city, with a high level of living comfort. This makes it very attractive for owner-occupiers and private investors who want to take advantage of the current subsidy and depreciation opportunities for sustainable new construction."
"Last year, we were able to successfully support Strenger in its first Berlin project and are very pleased about the renewed cooperation and the rapid start of Pankow's Hofgarten 2," says Michael Elst, Chief Sales Officer of STRATEGIS AG. "The modern serial construction of the Baustolz design houses not only ensures a fast construction time, but above all a high energy and quality standard at fair purchase prices."
