Aroundtown leases four hotels in major German metropolitan regions to PRISM

PRISM is already a tenant for several Aroundtown hotel properties, including three resort hotels in popular holiday destinations in northern Germany.

The Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf stands out particularly for its excellent transport connections, offering quick access to the airport, exhibition center, and city center, making it attractive for both business and leisure travelers. Conference facilities, quiet guest rooms, and convenient amenities including an underground parking garage further enhance the guest experience.

The Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg likewise benefits from a highly convenient location. Situated on the edge of the forest just outside the international metropolis of Frankfurt, the hotel combines a peaceful setting with proximity to the airport and Frankfurt’s exhibition grounds, one of the world’s leading trade fair destinations. Modern meeting facilities make the property especially appealing to business travelers, while the on-site gym and sauna provide opportunities for relaxation.

With its central downtown location, the Sunday Hotel Dortmund City offers walking-distance access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The property therefore provides a high level of comfort for both city visitors and business travelers, who can also benefit from several spacious meeting and event rooms equipped with modern conference technology. Excellent public transport connections to exhibitions, congress, and event venues such as the Westfalenhallen and Signal Iduna Park also make the hotel attractive to event attendees, from football fans to trade fair visitors.

Located between the Black Forest, Alsace, and Switzerland, the Offenburg City Hotel by Belvilla not only offers guests easy access to Offenburg’s historic old town, but also serves as an ideal base for exploring some of the region’s most popular destinations. Strasbourg, for example, can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by train or car. Featuring modern guest rooms and meeting facilities, an attractive wellness area, and a welcoming beer garden, the hotel places particular emphasis on providing a high-quality stay for both business and leisure travelers in the tri-border region of Germany, France, and Switzerland.

“We are pleased to confirm that Aroundtown has entered into lease agreements for four properties with PRISM. This reflects our continued commitment to working with established hospitality operators and optimising the performance of our hotel portfolio across key markets. We look forward to a productive and long-term arrangement,” said Marije Bekker, COO of Aroundtown’s Hotel Division.

“The four Aroundtown properties are an ideal addition to our European portfolio thanks to their locations in close proximity to major business and trade fair hubs,” said Puneet Yadav, SVP and Head of Hotels Germany and UK at PRISM.
