In the future, AVENTOS Group will rely on Loanboox technology to tender and manage its real estate financing more efficiently. With the introduction of the "Fincetra" software solution, the real estate company is creating more transparency, comparability and efficiency along the entire financing process.
Loanboox's technology is already in use in 18 European countries and is used by professional investors, real estate companies and other institutional borrowers. To date, more than €40 billion in financing has been successfully placed via the solution, and over €50 billion in current loans are managed with it. The cloud-based software enables consistent, data-based control of all financing processes – efficiently, scalably, and across teams.
