Berlin-Charlottenburg: Aengevelt brokers shop to Fusion Sushi & Bowls on a long-term basis.

Nicole Hinz, Managing Director of Fusion Sushi & Bowls: "We love and live creative cuisine that surprises and is fun. Our new space in Grolmanstraße gives us the space to further develop our experience concept as a restaurant and bar. We are very much looking forward to inspiring even more people here with our fusion Asian cuisine in the future."

For Prof. Dr. Ramón Sotelo, owner of the property, the new settlement is a win-win situation for everyone: "Grolmanstraße and its surroundings stand for urbanity, quality and diversity. Against this background, I am pleased to have found a long-term tenant in Fusion Sushi & Bowls, which is an excellent fit for this location and valuable enriches the offer around Savignyplatz with its modern gastronomy concept. Fusion Sushi & Bowls, on the other hand, benefits from the appeal of the gastronomy hotspot."

Erik Krüger, rental expert at Aengevelt Berlin, adds: "The store we brokered ideally meets the requirements of Fusion Sushi & Bowls in terms of location, size and floor plan. The innovative and at the same time public-oriented catering business can optimally combine its online presence with its stationary restaurant and bar business at this attractive and highly frequented location."
