The IPH Group has appointed Christian Zimmermann as Managing Director of IPH Marketing und Betriebsgesellschaft. He thus strengthens Marcus Eggers at the top management level of the IPH subsidiary, which specialises in increasing the attractiveness, frequency and value creation of retail properties.
The range of services offered by IPH Marketing und Betriebsgesellschaft includes holistic marketing and operating concepts for retail properties and thus complements the center management services of the IPH Group.
It designs and optimises retail locations in such a way that they are attractive and economically successful for visitors, traders and owners.
The range of services for real estate in all asset classes ranges from the attractiveness and revitalisation of real estate to digital communication and innovative concepts such as pop-up stores. In addition, there is strategic parking management to increase visitor frequency, the development of sponsorship and partnership models as well as comprehensive services for property owners and advertising associations.
With this 360-degree approach, IPH supports marketing and operating companies in keeping retail locations fit for the future and competitive.
"Today, more than ever, retail properties are vibrant marketplaces whose success depends on tailor-made local concepts and strong partnerships. Our goal is to bring together the right players, develop individual solutions to increase attractiveness and generate additional frequency. In this way, we create sustainable added value for owners, tenants and visitors alike. There is no such thing as one big hit. That's why the sum of the details is so crucial," says Zimmermann.
"Christian Zimmermann brings extensive experience in the development and management of retail properties. In his new role, we will jointly develop IPH Marketing und Betriebsgesellschaft strategically, expand our network in a targeted manner and make even better use of synergies within the company. This allows us to support our customers even more effectively with strong partnerships and tailor-made solutions," says Marcus Eggers.
