The real estate investor CONREN Land has achieved another letting success in its office property "W7" at Wilhelmstraße 7 in Wiesbaden. Around 850 m² of office space was leased to a new user on a long-term basis. The company is thus successfully continuing its leasing strategy at the Wiesbaden location.
The "W7" is located in a prominent corner location on Wilhelmstraße and Bierstadter Straße – one of the most representative locations in the Hessian state capital.
The property has around 10,900 m² of office space on six above-ground floors. Flexible floor plan solutions, room heights of around 2.70 metres and modern technical equipment enable a wide range of usage concepts.
The letting underlines the continued stable demand for modern and flexibly usable office space in central city centre locations. In particular, prestigious addresses such as Wilhelmstraße benefit from their high quality of stay, very good accessibility and attractive surroundings in the Rhine-Main area.
The rental was brokered by TwoRivers.
