The FidCap Group Munich (est. 2012) announces the expansion of the space of CSL Vifor Deutschland GmbH in the M-Yard, in the M-Quartier Munich. The pharmaceutical company, which specialises in the treatment of iron deficiency, kidney diseases and rare diseases, is expanding its office and laboratory space from approx. 1,300 m² to approx. 2,300 m².
Michael A. Gerlich, founder and owner of the FidCap Group Munich, says: "The expansion of CSL Vifor is a strong signal for the attractiveness of the M-Yard. We are pleased that a leading global pharmaceutical company has made a long-term commitment to this location and continues its growth in our building." In the future, FidCap will continue to provide all relevant services from a single source as an owner, asset, property and facility manager.
The M-Yard impresses with its outstanding architecture, forward-looking building technology and its excellent location directly at the underground entrance (Aidenbachstraße) as well as its proximity to the S-Bahn station (Siemenswerke). The old town or the main train station can be reached in less than 10 minutes with the U3 or S7 connections. The comprehensive infrastructure in the M-Quartier and the surrounding area as well as the walking distance to the Isar make the location even more attractive.
The special qualities of the M-Yard include the highest certification standards and prestigious awards such as LEED Platinum, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum as well as the German Design Award and the Architecture Award. Tenants can enjoy panoramic views of the Alps and Munich's old town from a large and intensively landscaped tenant roof terrace, state-of-the-art building technology with minimal ancillary costs at the same time, and a spacious and also intensively landscaped inner courtyard.
