The Hamburg-based real estate company FRANK has appointed Daniel Jäde to a central management position: The graduate industrial engineer will take over as Director of Business Development from June 2026. Jäde was most recently Managing Partner for Development & Project Management at Sonar Real Estate. At FRANK, he will strategically drive growth in the new construction, portfolio development and service development business areas. A step with which the family-run company is consistently continuing its transformation into an integrated real estate service provider.
"With Daniel Jäde, we are gaining a doer who brings project development, market understanding and a strong network, especially in the Rhine-Main area and beyond. It is precisely this combination that we need to lead FRANK to the next level of growth as a holistic real estate service provider," explains Indra Renzler, Managing Director of FRANK.
Daniel Jäde will be based in Frankfurt am Main, where FRANK recently moved into a new location in the historic Villa Helfmann at Untermainkai 40. In addition to the core market of northern Germany, the Rhine-Main region is a key growth driver for FRANK. With this personnel decision, the company underlines its claim to significantly expand its business activities nationwide and to position itself as a holistic partner for institutional investors.
"FRANK combines under one roof what institutional investors are looking for today: project development, energy-efficient refurbishment, asset, property and facility management, as well as energy services – all from a single source and with over 100 years of substance. My clear goal is to aggressively carry this strength into the market, to open up new customer groups and to position FRANK as the first address for holistic real estate services," says Daniel Jäde, Director Business Development at FRANK.
