PCC rents the 10th floor and expands rental space to around 2,000 m²
S&P Commercial Development, a subsidiary of the Sontowski & Partner Group, has achieved another leasing success in Nuremberg's office tower "The One": The Preventive Care Center (PCC) has also secured the entire 10th floor. Previously, the interdisciplinary specialist and preventive care centre had already moved into space on the 7th and 11th floors. With the further lease, the team of specialists now uses a total of around 2,000 m² of space.
In recent months, the PCC has successively expanded the space leased in the building and significantly expanded its medical services. The range of services ranges from gastroenterology to innovative precautionary and preventive concepts and is supplemented by new approaches such as the longevity area, which aims at holistic regeneration and prevention.
With the further expansion, the PCC is sustainably strengthening the health sector in "The One" and further expanding a future-oriented use within the building. This creates a comprehensive range of services that combines medical care, prevention and supplementary health services.
"We are very pleased about this further lease and the renewed trust of the Preventive Care Center in our location. The continuous expansion underlines the high attractiveness of "The One", says Sven Sontwoski, Managing Partner of S&P Commercial Development. "Together with supplementary offers such as physiotherapy and fitness, a holistic health environment is being created here that meets the growing demand for appropriate services. In combination with modern office space and gastronomy, 'The One' thus offers a particularly attractive and future-oriented usage concept for the Nuremberg location."
With the completion of the current lease, the occupancy rate of the property has risen to around 94 percent - only one floor is still available.
New landmark in the north of Nuremberg
With a height of around 50 metres, twelve storeys and around 10,000 m² of usable space, "The One" is one of the most modern office buildings in Nuremberg. In addition to striking architecture and flexible floor plans, the building impresses with its technical infrastructure, sustainable construction in accordance with the DGNB Platinum standard and a wide range of services, gastronomy and health-related uses.
The Neue Mitte Thon is thus increasingly developing into an urban centre with a high quality of stay - easily accessible thanks to the direct connection to public transport and the proximity to the city centre.
