LEG Immobilien becomes new partner of ATechX – Innovation through cooperation

ATechX supports young companies that are rethinking real estate and its development with technological, digital or sustainability-oriented solutions – from planning and financing to management and operation.

In addition to access to a strong network of leading industry companies, the four-month accelerator programme offers founders real-world testing environments within the European portfolio of Aroundtown and its partners. The third cohort, which has already started, benefits directly from the new partnership with LEG and can now test its solutions in the LEG portfolio for the first time.

With around 172,000 rental apartments, LEG is one of Germany's leading listed housing companies. Its focus on affordable housing, emission efficiency and climate protection makes it an ideal partner for ATechX.

With its own innovation initiatives – including termios (intelligent heating control), dekarbo (use of highly efficient heat pump technology) and RENOWATE (digital, serial full renovation) – LEG shows how sustainable and digital solutions can transform the housing industry.
