Lübke Kelber Investment Partners GmbH (LKIP) is strengthening its acquisition team with Benno Fischer as the new Head of Acquisition. The long-standing employee of the Lübke Kelber Group was most recently Head of Brokerage in Berlin and will move to Investment Management in September. In his new role, Fischer will drive forward the expansion of acquisition and sourcing activities and thus support the implementation of existing and new mandates with international investors.
LKIP is an investment and operating partner for institutional and international investors looking for direct access to the German real estate market. The focus is on specialized strategies in the German residential real estate market with a strong focus on value creation. LKIP accompanies the entire investment cycle – from sourcing, underwriting and transaction structuring to asset and property management and the implementation of the respective exit strategy.
Lübke Kelber AG currently manages over 4,000 residential units for international investors in asset and property management. The platform is to continue to grow both with existing capital partners and through additional institutional mandates. A key component of this strategy is the further expansion of deal sourcing and, in particular, access to off-market transactions. With his many years of experience in both the brokerage business and on the owner side, as well as access to institutional and semi-professional portfolios, Benno Fischer will provide significant impetus or make a decisive contribution to the further development of the division and be responsible for it.
Dr. Karsten Lieser, Member of the Executive Board (CIO) of Lübke Kelber AG:
"We are very pleased about the trust of our investors, with whom we can take the next steps in the growth of our platform. With Benno Fischer, we are gaining a long-standing colleague for LKIP who is extremely familiar with the German residential real estate market and in particular the Berlin market and has a well-established network. He will play a central role in further expanding our access to attractive investment opportunities."
Lieser adds: "Our task is to identify attractive investment opportunities for our partners and to implement them successfully throughout the entire investment cycle. In doing so, we see ourselves not only as an investment manager, but also as a local operating partner who takes responsibility for the implementation of the business plan."
The personnel reinforcement is part of Lübke Kelber AG's overarching growth strategy. In addition to the expansion of the privatisation and investment business, the asset and property management platform in particular is to continue to grow. The aim is to offer international investors an integrated platform for investments in the German residential real estate market and at the same time to attract additional institutional mandates for the Group.
With the reinforcement of Benno Fischer and the further expansion of the operating platform, the Lübke Kelber Group is consistently continuing its growth course in the German residential real estate market.
