PTXRE, the people-tech company in the real estate sector, has successfully advised Empira on the refinancing of a residential portfolio in Berlin and Leipzig. The total volume of the transaction is around 100 million euros. The financing was implemented as a single-lender structure with a German bank.
PTXRE's mandate included the preparation and management of the entire financing process. PTXRE was also responsible for coordinating the due diligence requirements and leading the negotiations with the financing institution.
