Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG has brokered a retail space of around 140 m² in Bremen's Überseestadt. The new tenant is NAS Studios GmbH from Berlin. The lease begins on July 1, 2026 and the landlord of the space is Quantum AG.
At the new location at Altiero-Spinelli-Straße 2, the Pilates studio NĀS Reformer Studio, an exclusive boutique studio, is being built. The offer is aimed at health and lifestyle-oriented customers and is based on a high-quality Pilates training concept in small groups.
"With NĀS, we are creating a place that combines modern training, quality and well-being. The professional advice of Robert C. Spies supported us in finding the ideal location for our concept. With its dynamic development and urban audience, Bremen's Überseestadt offers the best conditions for us," says Anastasia Shulag, founder and partner of the NĀS.
