The auditing firm LOHR+COMPANY is expected to move into around 2,200 m² in the Sky Office at Kennedydamm 24 in mid-2026. The company, which was founded in 2001, has another location in Vienna, and in Düsseldorf it is moving from Rochusstraße. In the future, LOHR+COMPANY will be located on the tenth and eleventh floors of the Sky Office. In total, the 89-metre-high property has a total area of around 30,500 m². Savills advised the tenant on the lease under an exclusive mandate.
"With the move, LOHR+COMPANY is taking into account the dynamic growth of the company in creative tax consulting and auditing as well as the increasing demands for modern consulting and efficient cooperation. The new location is a clear commitment to further growth and the long-term development of our company. It offers the best conditions for our future development," says Prof. Dr. Jörg-Andreas Lohr, Managing Partner of LOHR + COMPANY GmbH.
"The Sky Office is a landmark that characterises the skyline of Düsseldorf and has state-of-the-art building equipment as well as efficient floor plans. In addition, the numerous services, such as the in-house conference centre, a restaurant as well as a café and a concierge were decisive factors in the decision to rent," says Clemens Thiel, Associate Director at Savills in Düsseldorf.
