Sirius Real Estate Ltd, a leading owner and operator of commercial and industrial parks, has acquired the Hamburg-based Hansa Gewerbe Zentrum business park for approximately EUR 32 million. The seller is the Hamburg entrepreneur and investor Erck Rickmers. In the transaction, global real estate services provider CBRE and Quest Investment Partners acted for the seller as part of a structured transaction process.
The approximately 41,000 square metre commercial site at Großmannstraße 138 in the Hamburg-Mitte district is almost fully let, including to well-known tenants such as Vergölst, PV Automotive and the Speicherstadt coffee roastery.
The property generates a stable cash flow with moderate rents and also offers potential for value appreciation through possible densification.
