New areas in the Ehrenfeld/Braunsfeld district will be taken over from April 2026
GUS ERP GmbH, a software specialist for the process industry, is relocating its Cologne headquarters within the Ehrenfeld/Braunsfeld district. To this end, the company has now rented almost 2,000 m² of office space in the Maarweg Center at Maarweg 165. So far, GUS ERP has been located at Josef-Lammerting-Allee 20. The modern and high-quality office space will be taken over from April 2026. The owner and landlord of the Maarweg Center with a total area of 22,800 m² is Alstria. The property was completed in 1993 and has been continuously modernized in recent years.
"With the new location, we are creating a modern and flexible working environment that strengthens our corporate culture and offers our employees optimal conditions for collaboration, innovation and customer orientation. The Maarweg Center also impresses with its location and very good connections within Cologne," says Andreas Laible, CFO of GUS ERP.
JLL advised GUS ERP GmbH as part of a tenant representation mandate and Cushman & Wakefield acted as an intermediary and advisor on the owner side.
