Sonar Real Estate (Sonar), in its role as asset manager, has sold an office property in Oldenburg on behalf of a pan-European real estate investment manager.
The building, located at Alter Postweg 11, was acquired by a local family office and comprises around 4,000 square metres of rental space. Of this, around 80 percent is office space and about 20 percent warehouse space. Tenants are the Oldenburg Clinic and the state of Lower Saxony. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as intermediary.
Clifford Chance provided legal support to the seller side and PwC tax advice on the transaction.
