REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group and Germany’s leading consultancy firm for industrial and logistics property as well as commercial land, has brokered the sale of approximately 4,000 m² of warehouse space in a business park in Gensingen on behalf of PUTSCH Immobilien GmbH of Stuttgart.
The tenant of the premises at Alexander-Bretz-Straße 2–6 is a logistics company operating regionally. In future, the warehouse space will be used primarily for the storage of packaged foodstuffs.
The business park, covering around 100,000 m² with a lettable area of approximately 52,000 m², benefits in particular from its convenient location in the Rhine-Main region and its excellent links to the national motorway and trunk road network. The site is quickly connected to the A61 via the nearby B41 and B50 federal roads. The Nahetal motorway junction, just a few kilometres away, also offers a direct link to the A60 and thus an efficient connection to the Rhine-Main region as well as to the western and south-western economic regions.
