At the beginning of 2026, a consulting firm specialising in data analysis moved into an area of approx. 820 m² in the mixed-use property WALLARKADEN at Rudolfplatz 3-7 in Cologne’s city centre. As manager of WALLARKADEN, the MOMENI Group was responsible for the letting on behalf of a German institutional investor. Savills advised the tenant for the third time nationwide.
