Savills takes over property management for two Berlin properties of Versicherungskammer
the Versicherungskammer Group has commissioned Savills with the property management of two properties in Berlin. The properties are an office and commercial building in a prominent location on Kurfürstendamm in Charlottenburg and an apartment building with retail space in the Schöneberg district.
Savills has been managing the property in Berlin Schöneberg since December 1, 2025. The property has a total area of around 5,000 m² and is let to users from the gastronomy and services sectors, among others.
On 1 January 2026, Savills will also take over the property management mandate for the office and commercial building on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin’s City West. The property, with a total area of around 6,500 m², is part of the Gloria Gallery, fully let and awarded the DGNB Platinum certificate. The tenants include companies from the textile and clothing retail, cosmetic aesthetics, legal advice and IT services sectors. Savills Investment Management had accompanied the acquisition of the property for Versicherungskammer in 2022 and has been responsible for asset management since then.
