The Silverton Group (Silverton) has signed a lease agreement with trinkgut for the retail park it manages at Langobardenstraße 2 in Regensburg. The specialist drinks retailer will occupy a space of around 1,300 square metres there in future. Silverton is responsible for the asset management of the property on behalf of a fund.
A modern specialist drinks shop is being built on 800 square metres of retail space, offering an extensive range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a wide selection of mineral water, soft drinks, juices, beer, wine and spirits, as well as seasonal and regional specialities for both private and business customers.
With this new lease, the retail park is expanding its retail offering to include an established player in the drinks sector, and the previously unfinished space is thus being let for the first time. The tenant’s fit-out work is scheduled to begin in spring 2027. The shop is due to open in November of the same year.
The new tenant’s arrival will contribute to the further development of the site and complement the existing mix of retail sectors, whilst strengthening the retail park’s position as a shopping destination in the south of Regensburg. At the same time, this new lease agreement will help to secure the property’s long-term income.
Built in 2002, the retail park is situated on a site covering approximately 23,200 square metres and has a total lettable area of around 16,100 square metres. Other tenants include Decathlon, Seats and Sofas and Fressnapf. Around 2,700 square metres are currently still available for letting.
