Snipes takes over space from JD-Sports in Mülheim-Kärlich

The fashion retailer Snipes is taking over the approximately 425 square metre sales area of JD-Sports in the Mülheim-Kärlich industrial park. JD-Sports had closed its branch at Industriestraße 53a in July of this year. The opening of Snipes is scheduled for October 17, 2025. The global real estate service provider CBRE acted exclusively as an advisor on behalf of the private owner family.

“We are pleased that the location in the highly frequented Mülheim-Kärlich industrial park could be re-let so quickly,” says Boris Kozul, Director and Head of Retail Leasing Central at CBRE. “The new lease shows the continuing attractiveness of the business park for retailers throughout the region.”

With an area of around 230 hectares and more than 400 resident companies, the Mülheim-Kärlich industrial park is one of the largest commercial locations in Rhineland-Palatinate. In addition to retail and service companies, crafts, industry and gastronomy are also represented here. Due to its convenient location on the A61 and A48 motorways, the location is easily accessible for both employees and customers.
