SORAVIA, one of the leading real estate players in the DACH region, has sold its property at Paul-Heyse-Straße 18 in Munich to the Centralis Immobilien Group. With the transaction, SORAVIA continues the strategic consolidation of its portfolio and hands over the project to a new owner after successful development until the building permit is granted.
The property is centrally located in the city center near Munich’s main train station and the Theresienwiese. SORAVIA had developed the project up to the building permit. Centralis is now planning a comprehensive modernization as well as the addition of a storey to the existing building. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
