A family office of per invest GmbH, based in Stuttgart, has acquired a multi-use property in a prime location in Stuttgart’s city centre. The six-storey property at Lange Straße 9, between Kronprinzstraße and Calwer Straße, has almost 3,000 m² of rental space and impresses with a balanced mix of uses including restaurants, offices, retail, practice areas and residential.
The location is characterized by a very high footfall, excellent accessibility and proximity to Königstraße. The seller of the property was an institutional investor who was exclusively advised by Savills as part of a structured sales process. The purchase price was not disclosed.
