Abama Luxury Residences and Engel & Völkers France: an exclusive partnership for French investors
Abama Luxury Residences, the real estate collection of Abama Resort Tenerife, announces the conclusion of a strategic partnership with Engel & Völkers France. The prestigious real estate brokerage network becomes the exclusive reseller in France of Abama's properties, marking a decisive step in the international expansion of the estate.
An exceptional estate at the crossroads of two worlds
Located on the west coast of Tenerife, just a few metres from the beach, Abama Resort is much more than a real estate address: it is a world apart, suspended between the immensity of the Atlantic and the majesty of Mount Teide, the emblematic volcano and the highest peak in Spain. The estate covers a vast unspoilt area, surrounded by more than 300 species of subtropical plants and bordered by two protected natural parks. A rare natural setting, just 20 minutes from Tenerife South International Airport and accessible all year round thanks to the exceptional climate of the Canary Islands - more than 300 days of sunshine a year.
Architecture at the heart of Abama's identity
Abama's real estate is distinguished by a constant philosophy: entrusting each collection to leading architects, for residences that integrate into the landscape as much as they sublimate it. The estate now offers a diverse portfolio - panoramic Los Jardines de Abama apartments, Las Atalayas de Abama private villas with swimming pools, and building plots for fully bespoke villas - which has been able to appeal to a demanding international clientele, from Northern Europe, the United Kingdom, Germany and beyond. Abama is now recognised as the most exclusive residential area in the Canary Islands.
"This partnership with Abama Resort is fully in line with our development strategy in the premium residential markets internationally. Tenerife, and more specifically the Abama estate, represents one of the most sought-after destinations in Europe for a demanding international clientele. By becoming the exclusive reseller in France of this exceptional project, Engel & Völkers strengthens its ability to offer its French clients access to the best real estate opportunities beyond our borders. " says Christophe Michel, President of Engel & Völkers France
"The French market represents much more than a commercial outlet for us: it is a community of buyers who share our values - architectural excellence, lifestyle and sustainable investment. With Engel & Völkers France, we have found a partner who understands what it means to offer the extraordinary. As Abama prepares to launch Aires de Abama, our most successful collection, we are delighted to offer French investors privileged access to this unique project. " says Elodie Casola, Marketing & Communication Director, Abama Luxury Residences.
