In view of the spatial distribution of the properties, we recommended a structured sale divided into four sub-portfolios according to locations. This strategy has been a complete success: This is confirmed by the successful completion of the transaction, with which we were able to more than meet the targeted total sales result and at the same time achieve a very satisfactory result for the purchasers – a classic win-win situation," explains André Bühlig, Deputy Branch Manager of Aengevelt Magdeburg, and adds: "There was a marked excess demand on the part of prospective buyers, who were interested in the acquisition of the company. mainly made up of private investors and regional and nationwide family offices. The sale thus shows that qualified residential properties, supplemented by a few needs-based commercial units, are also in high demand outside the major cities if they are sensibly divided and bundled."
